Plus Que Nature - Without added sulfites


Plot selection : The grapes come from several vineyards planted on limestone soils, in the heart of garrigue and surrounded by Aleppo pines and green oak trees.

Winemaking and Aging : Harvest by hand or by machine according to the plots. Entirely destemmed. Traditional winemaking process with 3 to 4 weeks maceration followed by 14 days of alcoholic fermentation. Aging in concrete tanks during 5 to 6 months minimum.
This cuvée has been elaborated without added sulfites from harvest to bottling.

Tasting notes : This wine has an intense, birght purple colour. The nose is fresh, intense and tasty. It presents aromas of small black fruits, black cherry, spices and liquorice. In mouth, it is a round wine with a great balance and velvety tannins. A nice finish with hints of liquorice stick and blackcurrant. Immediately seducing.

Aging potential : 3 to 4 years

Serving temperature : 13-15°C

Pairing : Platter of charcuterie, grilled pork chop, rib steak with pepper sauce.
