Plot selection : The grapes come from vineyards planted on limestone and sandy-loam soils, in the heart of garrigue and surrounded by Aleppo pines and green oak trees.
Winemaking and Aging : Traditional winemaking with short maceration of 3 to 4 days followed by alcoholic fermentation for 10 days. Aging in concrete tanks.
Tasting notes : This wine has a garnet-red colour. A nose with notes of red fruit, cherry and ripe redcurrants. Fresh and delicious.
On the palate, a supple, juicy, gourmet wine. Supple tannins. Beautiful structure.
Aging potential : 3 to 5 years
Serving temperature : 14-16°C
Pairing : Appetizers, artichoke and ham pintxos, marinated peppers. Plumed pork. Pork gyozas. Roasted Camembert.
