On Saturday, November 28th, we invite you to immerse yourself in our estate and enjoy a tasting experience during our annual Wine & Cheese Workshop event.
We invite you to a guided tour of the cellar with a view of the garrigue, the vat room, the barrel cellar, the bottling line, and then to discover our cellar, a former medieval priory. We will continue with a commented tasting of our wines, accompanied by French cheeses carefully selected by us.
During this exceptional workshop, you will have the opportunity, among other things, to taste tome cheese crafted by our farmers whose sheep graze on the estate plots, as well as a goat’s cheese Pélardon sourced from a partner farm.
As an exception, this workshop will be conducted in French only.
