They are back in our vineyards

Once the grapes have been harvested, cows, sheep and ewes graze in our plots.

Within our biodynamic farming vineyard, we support agropastoralism. Animals feed on the grass present around the foot of the vine in a much more precise way than a mechanical tool. They also provide organic matter which stimulates and enriches soil microbial life.

Cows, sheep and ewes eating different plants, their presence is complementary. After the harvest, we sprayed silica and horn dung, which helps integrate the compost from surrounding farms that we are currently spreading.
