Let’s meet Saturday, September the 18th at 10am, 2pm and 4pm to discover our history, our work and our wines.
The tour begins with a presentation of our domain and of our appellation, with a panoramic view on the garrigue setting. Then, we visit the cellar and the bottling line. Exceptionnaly, you can taste with us the grape must, directly from the vat. To finish, we welcome you at the tasting cellar, an old priory from the XIIth century, to taste our wines.
On the occasion of Heritage Days, the tour will be free.

Why do we taste grape must ? :
Not really grape anymore, but not wine yet, the must is the juice, extracted from the berry, not fermented.
In the cellar, we regularly taste this juice : it allows us to familiarize with the vintage profil and to optimally guide the winemaking steps : management of temperatures, grape-treading, pumping-over, must settling… this is an essential tasting for the winemaker, to which your are invited !
