This November, our vineyards welcome back their winter companions: “Lacaune” sheep and “Aubrac” cows, which our partner farmers care for year-round. During the colder months, the flocks graze between the rows of vines, providing gentle and effective natural grazing.
At the same time, we add organic matter in the form of plant and animal compost. This nourishes the soil, preserves its structure, and stimulates microbial activity.
These practices are part of a global approach where the vine, the soil, and the animals work in harmony to ensure the vitality of the vineyard and the most authentic expression of the terroir in our wines.
