“Jean-Benoît and his daughters, Marie and Maguelone, respectively 14th and 15th generation of Cavalier family, are at the head of this historic estate of Pic Saint-Loup which totals 85 hectares of vines cultivated biodynamically. […] Work at the vineyard is well-kept, the vinification is very respectful of the raw materials and the expression of the terroirs.
